End-to-end project management for capital equipment and manufacturing projects — from planning and vendor coordination through installation, commissioning, and handoff. I've co-led a $100M manufacturing line. I know what it takes.

Material Handling Installation

Coordination and oversight of material handling installations including overhead cranes, conveyor systems, and lifting equipment. I've managed 15+ crane installations from design through commissioning.

PM Documentation & Templates

Development of comprehensive PM documentation packages: PFMEA, DFM, standard work, PFEP, MRT, risk assessments, work instructions, and facility layouts. Documentation that cross-functional teams can actually use.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Technical POC for contractors and engineering firms. RFI/RFP management, supplier evaluation, scope-of-work development, and on-site coordination to keep your project aligned and on schedule.

Manufacturing Line Implementation

Support for new line installations — component readiness, line layout coordination, equipment setup, and production startup. Hands-on execution experience from a $100M line implementation at Trane Technologies.

Process Design & Technical Writing

Process diagrams, work instructions, installation requirements, and training materials for repeatable, compliant execution. Engineering documentation that supports both the build and the handoff.

How Engagements Work

Every engagement starts with a conversation about your project and what you actually need. I don't sell packages — I scope to the work.

I work best on projects that need a technically capable, organized engineer who can own execution, coordinate vendors and contractors, and keep documentation in order — without requiring constant oversight.

Engagements can run on a fixed project fee, hourly, or a monthly retainer depending on scope and duration. I'm based in La Crosse, WI and work both on-site and remotely.
