I'm a mechanical engineer who spent three years at Trane Technologies doing the hands-on work that keeps large capital projects moving — running cross-functional meetings, guiding teams through phase/gate processes, managing contractor and supplier relationships, and owning specific sections of a $100M manufacturing line from setup through operational startup.

I started Lamley PE to put that execution experience to work for organizations that need a technically capable, organized project engineer — without the cost of a full-time hire. I'm not a generalist consultant. I've done the work: managed material handling installations, built PM documentation from scratch, coordinated vendors and contractors in the field, and kept projects moving through every phase of the gate process.

I hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). I'm based in La Crosse, WI and work with clients both on-site and remotely.
